While most ex-Service personnel make a successful transition into civilian life, avoiding adverse contact with the justice system, some go on to offend which can have significant and negative consequences for themselves and their families. Therefore, this theme covers all resources, articles, and documents related to the justice system such as ex-Service personnel’ offending, early identification of Service leavers at risk of offending, support needs of those in contact with the justice system, reduction of re-offending, and any contributing factors to offending, particularly those related to time in service.
