Through the process of transition, many veterans and their partners may feel they would benefit from further education and training to enhance their post-Service employability and/or to explore a new career direction. In addition, their children may also have to adjust and transition to different education settings. Therefore, this theme covers resources, articles and documents related to veterans’ and their partners’ experiences of re-turning to education and undertaking vocational training, and of veterans’ children’s experiences of education during transition. This includes veterans’ experiences as students, navigating professional accreditation processes, career development, identifying training needs, and identifying new career paths, military children’s experiences of transition to different education settings.
