Centre for Military Women’s Research Workshop: Understanding women Veterans' mental healthcare support needs

The Centre for Military Women’s Research at Anglia Ruskin University is holding an online workshop on the 6th February 2024 to discuss key considerations to meet the unique mental healthcare support needs of women Veterans.

Based on the findings of the 'I don't feel like that's for me': Overcoming barriers to mental healthcare for women veterans project, the research team will share insights on this crucial topic. The online event will explore the challenges women Veterans face and discuss strategies to provide high-quality care. 

Healthcare professionals, ex-Service personnel, researchers and anyone with an interest in understanding and supporting women Veterans is welcome to attend.

Please note there is a session specifically for healthcare professionals on the 2nd February 2024. Please contact [email protected]  for more details, altough healthcare professionals are welcome at either!
